Black screens are pretty common for this game. Try the suggestions posted on the wiki entry for this game (also found in the link above) and see these two links for more information possibly:

If you still have problems, be sure to post your Dolphin settings, preferably as screenshots. Click the Config button and take a screenshot of the General tab. Click the Graphics button and take screenshots of the General, Enhancements, and Hacks tabs.
