SSBB crashes on the "creative a save file..." do not touch the power button or reset. how can i fix this please?

on windows 7.

I'm sorry if its not a proper thread but I'm just looking for support. I'll read the forum rules again but as it stands, could you please help me as I cannot save files?

The only solution I found was running it as administrator and it did not help/work.

Ask in the game thread instead. Look it up in the game thread index.
