OpenGL ES 3.0 or no deal.  You can't run dolphin without that,  no ifs or buts.  If you still want the builds,  they are available on the dolphin buildbot website.

Just wondering how well you guys think the oneplus 2 when it releases in a few weeks will run dolphin

"Snapdragon 810" -- should be possible, but don't expect much. The GPU drivers are usually awful for OpenGL ES 3 games :/
