Is this an OEM system? What motherboard do you have? Like extremedude2 said you haven't given us the info. we need to determine if OCing is even enabled on your BIOS.
OEM mobo does not allow user to overclock . Do you think DEll , ACER , HP , Lenovo , Apple ... are that stupid ? They sell you a system with warranty , it's obviously they don't want you to destroy their products . End of Story
Don't ever think about overclocking unless you can build your own PC
It looks like an OEM motherboard. Sorry but those usually don't have an OCing options. You can check the bios configuration just in case.
