Yes it says I use 3.5 because when I wanted say I use 3.5-1729 I don't know why, it was not accepted... I use 3.5-1729 on OSX 10.7.5
I've had issues with this as well, exactly as described here. Upsetting
This is actually easy to fix. Right click the analog buttons and change the slider around until it's right. Or whatever mac's have. Forgot to read that part. Alt click to bring up the box that lets you adjust the slider, sometimes on my mayflash I need to raise or lower one half on every new controller.
