Tell us which games you'd like to play
action adventure, rpgs, strategy, i like games that fit into these genres usually.
Try your game in r6515 and use this revision if the game works well. You won't get support for older revisions, but if your desired game runs on r6515, this probably will be the fastest Dolphin revision, at least for your specs. You could also try Paper Mario The Thousand-Year Door and Super Paper Mario, it wouldn't be fullspeed all time but it'll probably run at playable speeds...

EDIT: Zelda Four Swords Adventures would run well too. Zelda Wind Waker would run too, your GPU will probably bottleneck your CPU, but I played Zelda WW with the specs on my signature in fullspeed at almost 85% of the game...
Not sure why people are so obsessed with r6515. In most games it's all about 2% max speed difference. And with his GPU i doubt that even PSX/N64 emulators will run at full speed with hardware rendering.

They'll run just fine. I have a GMA X3100 in my laptop; can't play most games at 1x IR in Dolphin but it's good for N64 and PSX emulation. Most games do fine at 720p; Perfect Dark is a bit more demanding at resolutions greater than 480p (which is technically already larger than the native N64 resolutions) and Destruction Derby can't run well at all. Aside from those two, everything else runs fine on Mupen64Plus and PCSXR.

If you have a dedicated GPU and a crappy CPU (like my specs), the speed boosts are very big. For example, in Zelda Skyward Sword, inside Knight Academy I get 5-15 FPS using the latest master revision or the official 3.5 release, using r6515 I get constant 30 FPS in the same area...
