Problem solved.
Another software was affecting to the Dolphin performance. I live in a student residence with an ethernet connection (no wifi), so I use a program to create a wifi network with my laptop (Wifi Hotspot Creator), so that I can use internet in my smartphone. Usually I always have this running so I hadn't seen the difference until today, that I closed it by chance.
Without this software, the emulator runs Zelda WW fluently (%100 speed almost permanently) and the temperature doesn't go higher than 81ºC.
