If you can stretch it I would definitely go with the board and processor admin89 suggested. It has usb 3.0 and sata iii. Then just save up for a better cpu. But before you go run off and buy this stuff you do want to make sure of a few things first. Assuming you are going to use your existing drives and case to save money you need to check that all the drives are sata and not pata/ide and that your case isn't some sort of weird proprietary form factor or BTX.

ok i will i am on my ipod right now so and cant get on my computer but i will defiantly check later.
its getting to the point where i should just spend the extra money and make a new pc... if i was to do this could i make one for under 400?

With only 400$ you can swap G2020 to G2120 (200MHz higher but 30$ up) and buy
new PC case
