So this is what happens when I try to join that level on the prefqueries dolphin you told me to download
The perfqueries build available on the downloads pages is outdated and nonfunctional because the latest version doesn't compile on Windows. Try the d3d11_pixelmetrics branch. Using the search function you should be able to get a build of that. Follow the wiki page on SMS for further instructions.
Also if all else fails you can use the official 3.0 build, it's over a year and a half old, but it works. I did that a few months ago, played through on the latest build until I hit that level, move memory cards to 3.0, beat the level and then move the memory cards back and play the rest of the game.
I can't pass this stage. I've done so many things. I've upgraded to the new version and now the goop still stays there even if I spray it. It's worse. What do?
