cluthz: same result? But it would be nice to know which calls now slows down. But your pastebin file is much too small ;-)
Oh sorry, i just realize it was just one page. Here's first 1000 lines:

@nintendo_nerd: Does this also happen with asynchronous HLE audio in Dolphin 3.5 stable? I have this problem in many games with the new syncronous HLE engine which sometimes causes choppy audio even if the frame rate runs at an average of 59.9 FPS. On slower PC's, games that were perfectly playable before now have choppy or completely broken audio. The planned implementation of always on audio-timestretch may hide this a little but will distort audio. Unfortunately there currently seem to be no plans to fix this by developing or keeping an asynchronous audio backend.
After 3.5-1025(merge branch 'GLSL-master'), I can't launch any game with OpenGL

why Huh
Your GPU is too old

Edit: Guess not, I didn't think it sported the correct OpenGl
Geforce 9 should be supported...
Regarding GLSL-master, there seem to be stability issues in 3.5-1062. When playing 1080 Avalance at 60FPS, the audio was crackling and did only play in slow motion, less than half the normal speed (HLE, Xaudio2). The graphics runs at 100% speed but the game freezes quite often. Pressing escape crashed dolphin twice.

3.5-420 has much better and full speed audio and doesn't freeze or crash when pressing escape. I'm not yet sure if it is really GLSL-related as I did not find the time to test revisions in between. But I cannot remember any recent changes related to audio. Mario Sunshine however seems to run fine in 3.5-1062.
So, still no fix?
disraeli: coud you please generate a backtrace on this crash? Else I have no chance to find the bug

Shished: which bug are you refering to?

No video outpoot and "Missing Extensions: Pinned Memory" message.
Patch from GoogleCode didn't help because its for AMD cards.
oh, you are YuriShish :-)

Could you please build a debug version of dolphin? (cmake .. -D CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug)
So OGL errors & warnings would be printed on screen. Are there any?

Please keep care that the hacked buffer is disabled. Maybe this isn't working here
