I am able to run pokemon battle revolution with decent speed on the SVN R 6480.
but the texture seems to scatter all around and bugged out

Older builds have issues, that's why there are newer builds with bug fixes released. You're free to use any build that you like, but any issue you find with builds that are several years old are to be expected.

We recommend that you use the latest development build or the official 3.5 release here instead.
