??? If I remember correctly , thermalright macho 02 cost less than 40$
If you want a cheaper one , Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo will allow you overclock just fine
i will a great cpu cooler for maximum 40€ i will overclocking on 4,2ghz

Follow admin89's advice. Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is perfect. You can get it for 30EUR
