I guess this would be a suggestion / is this possible to make question. How awesome would it be if you could use an android device as a connected game boy advance for dolphin? Maybe Dolphin team could partner with the VGBA app (or any app really) or make their own app and work this functionality into it?
As long as you can connect over a network with it it should work, dolphin needs to do nothing

I realized this after looking into how it works a little more. I e-mailed the developer of my favorite GBA Emu and asked him to add this functionality
