but, someone knows which one version can i play this game using the SAVESTATE/LOADSTATE? 'cause when i try to use this options my game just slow down and it's unplayable.

This is a strange issue =/.

Salu2 - Darkness Knight
Do not use Savestate/loadstate in the Resident Evil games. They use perfcounters, and those are not compatible with savestates, and will cause serious slowdown.

zeveral

When I start a new game and it finishes the opening cinematic, the game crashes after the first door opening cutscene (when you first see the main hall with the 3 characters) with the error "Jump target too far away, needs force5Bytes = true."  Not sure how new this problem is since I haven't run the game since before the 5.0 days.  It gives the option to ignore and continue but will still crash.
I tried using this game on Dolphin on my Nvidia Shield. I have the 2 discs game files in the same folder and when I try and start the game it loads up disc 2 first. The game loads up fine but it asks me to "insert disc 1" I can't find any way to switch the discs in Dolphin (on Android) any one know of a solution? Thanks.

As far as I know, the only solution for now is to remove the second disc from the folder that Dolphin scans for games. This needs to be improved, but I don't know when that's going to happen, considering how there are no active Android developers right now...

Argh I'm a dumbarse are realized this is for the Wii version and I was actually meant to say the game cube version. However the issue would be the same on either system.

I'll try removing the second disc and see how it goes. TBH I'm only really trying it to see how well the game runs on the Shield TV. The RetroX frontend seems to work pretty well on multidisc switching on PS1 and they're going to have Dolphin as part of the emulators soon. So maybe even they'll make some progress on the multidisc side of things.

No, all Wii games are single-disc (with a special exception for Dragon Quest X, which puts install data on a separate disc).

Oh ok. Thanks for the info. I guess if I get stuck with the GC disk swapping issue I can try the Wii version.
Just to confirm, experiencing the same issue as Zeveral, with the Wii version. Currently using 5.0-6465.
The game plays well using version 5.0-151, and I'll probably just play it using that release.
Seems to match the bug described here: https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/10403
which is described as a duplicate of this bug: https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/10394
The game ID for my dump is RE4E08, with MD5 6e738ceac7795b9bd14def905f7faa3c
I'm not sure what else I can provide to help pinpoint the issue, but if there's something, let me know.
Does the popup have any pertinent information? I'll forward it anyway since I think this is an easy fix.

I just tested latest master, am I missing something? When does it happen?
