I'd personally buy i 3570k + 660ti (actually I should say I've just bought
). Or 7870.
Alternatively 6870/560ti are still a good choice

B75 mobo is poor choice for 600USD PC . Give me 600$ , I will build a better pc than yours (Not in Brazil of course)
@Op I prefer a mini PC that has power of the beast . So this is the best PC under 1200USD IMO :

Overclock to 4.4GHz like a boss (4.2GHz should be child play )
Or Perhaps , you should wait for Haswell and AMD 8000 series if you want more performance

EVGA 650 only cost around 100 bucks on Newegg
I'm telling the OP that the 550 Ti runs games fine so that he has an idea of the minimum he should be looking at in terms of a GPU (being the weakest GPU mentioned in this thread). It's not like the OP wasn't curious, since it's an option on the poll, so he has a right to know from other users how the 550 Ti performs.

My post didn't direct to you @ Shonumi or anyone else in this thread . I just give my opinion
As you have already known 550TI , 650 , 650Ti are very close in term of performance via Dolphin (I bet you can't tell any difference unless you use AA )
"much better " here is power consumption .

@OP. yes it will cost less than 1200 dollars easly.
ill even use newegg links
i5-3570k http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116504 - 229.99
7950 - avg 299.99 / GTX 660 TI. starts at 289.99 but avg is 299 to 309.99
Then lets say 120dollar budget for mobo
those peices together are 659.98 if u used the higher costing parts. that still leaves you nearly half of your money for a Case,Powersupply,HDD,DVD drive, Other pephials and gadgets...
$1200 USD can build a beast PC gaming rig and a even more beastly Emulation rig
.
hell with 1200 dollars you could probably squeeze a dual-gpu setup in there but i wouldnt since u wont need that kind of power ;P.

How do you delete polls?
I'm not really going to use this PC for PC games, only dolphin, cheesy browser games, and normal-heavy use.
Should I spend money on the CPU (best i5) or the gfx card (660 or 6/7870) or neither, if I won't need the power? I want to save money if it's possible without interfering with my emulation speed. Is 800 dollars enough for an excellent Dolphin machine?
Also there's a lot of disagreement on which motherboard, stuff to use. Does it make a real big difference what I choose?

I DON'T need a 7950 or 660 ti, if it's not neccesary to run all games at near-full speed without any AA. What I need to know is if I need the most expensive i5 to run most games at full speed.

Remove the SSD I posted in my build then you will have a perfect 800$ PC
