I guess it would be nice to have to so if anyone who doesn't have the banner load they can just copy it over

Not sure if this is even relevant since it's has been a little while, but when I try to run bannerget it tells me to check the log file, and it has

I was planning up helping by getting some more banners. I'm running Windows 8 x64 and Dolphin 4.0-2103.
You'd have to use an older version of dolphin, from around the time this was released. Not sure if the server will still even accept them if you did that though, as it's been quite a while now.
Well I tried 3.5 and that got further, but I think the server rejected it
