Since it so important that each person have the same settings, at least for smash it does, wouldn't be helpful if the netplay window had a sync settings option? And it could check to make sure they game type and memory card were the same to. I totally had an experience where I had two iso's in my load menu and it kept loading the wrong one till I moved it.
