78 GFLOPs is my score.

Apparently this software runs a whetstone function, but fails to mention which version or what type of code is used. I can't seem to find any good documentation about it anywhere on the web. Also out of curiosity I ran the rest of the benchmarks and its memory bandwidth test is way off. It's showing 12 GB/s when it should be 24 (according to other synthetic tests) which means it's likely single threaded. But 78 GFLOPs is impossible with a single thread on modern cpus so that benchmark must be multithreaded (which means an otherwise identical dual core cpu will deliver half the score but will certainly not perform half as well in dolphin).
Yeah, this is a terrible way to see if games will run...
I can (and did not too long ago) play through WW at full speed with my Phenom II X2 550be @3.6GHz - which only gets 19GFLOPS.
A 100+ core server CPU @1GHz would run amazing with that test, but obviously would be horrible at running dolphin. And if you're going to use this to compare CPUs that have the same core count and are the same architecture... and are literally the same CPU, but with different clock speeds... then why not just compare clock speeds?
Or just use Cinebench R10 - Single Threaded Benchmark
