Anyone have a save state of this with all the characters unlocked?

i can't for the life of me get any memory card save working on this game.

Yes i want a save state not save file. The ones in User\StateSaves, it would be like G4NJDA.s01

Do you have, one? Or if you have a full game save that works could you make one for me after you've loaded the game up?

Save state that was created by your PC only be used for your PC and vice versa

I've used other peoples save states before.

why it has to be save state from other people ?
why don't you just backup your save , download 100% save on gamefaq , use it then make save state by yourself

Because when i try to load up a gamesave in the memory card for NT4 i get this message at startup asking me to create a new save or something

It say your memory card data is corrupted
I just check that save on gamefaq , some save files are MaxDrive (MD) save . If I remember correctly , MD save does not work with dolphin
You should download "USB Memory Adapter Save" (For Example : Naruto4.gci) . Use Dolphin - Tools - "Gamecube Memory Manager" to import gci file to your memory card
