Hi there Dolphin-Team,

i have a big Problem with the game "Legend of Zelda - The Windwaker" on the Dolphin-Emu 3.5 (latest Version). I run this on Windows 7 x64 with a Quadcore 3,6Ghz, 8GB of Ram, and 1GB Videocard (ATI 7700) - so i think thats enough lol.

My Problem is that the Game's crash on the same Part. If i open up a door the screen goes grey for changing the "Room" i think. But then the grey cube will be expand and there is nothing but the sound is already running at this time. I proofed it with different FPS-options and stuff like this... no chance.

I Searchend about the problem in different forums and a lot of the people there have the same problem! The all runnin' on Windows 7 x64. On the x84 Version (32 Bit) the emulator DONT crash!! So i think its about the emulator... but i cant fix emulators Problems ... u can fix it. Maybe u have other solutions for me???

By the way... this game is NO ROM! I dumped it by myself from my original game disc. My Gamecube is broken... Sad - droped it on the floor. I dumped it a lot a times again .... dont work.

So.....

PLEAAAS Help me!!!!

Using LLE audio will get around this issue. LLE audio requires a DSP dump from a real Wii; refer to this thread on how to get one: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-howto-getting-dsp-dumps-required-for-dsp-lle--23103

Huh, that's weird. Maybe the silly hackfix that was originally found to fix this issue will help? Right-click the game in your the game list, click Properties, and check "Fix item hang" in the Patches tab.

Oh, and you might want to use LLE anyway. More CPU usage, but also much more accurate sound emulation, which means less random crashes and audio sounds more-or-less perfect. (Make sure to check "LLE on Thread", though, so Dolphin uses three cores of your CPU instead of just two.)
Do not use "LLE on thread" for this game as it has been known to cause issues.
It also does not provide a speed up afaik

Let me guess, you use savestates, right?
WW is known to do this with HLE audio. It's happened to me many times, and I don't use savestates. Just use LLE recompiler with LLE on thread turned off.
