Hi guys,
Fairly new here and starting my journey into emulation. I've started making ISOs of my Wii games and I was wondering how I can scan the ISO to make sure it isn't corrupted or that I made a solid rip. What software do you guys use? Sorry if this has been asked before! Angel
You can check the hash code of the ISO and see if it matches the with the code on redump.org
EDIT: Whoops, the software is called MD5Check.
Quote:with the code on redump.org
you mean http://www.gametdb.com/ ?
because I'd never find wii games on redump

In fact I use WiiBackupManager, it says if the copy is good or not.
Oh thanks! I tried the MD5 check but I'm only seeing one hash line not two. Am I doing it wrong or is there another step I missed? I downloaded HashCalc, only checked off MD5, selected one of my ISOs and it gave me a Hash line. I have nothing to compare it to though!
As said, goto either of the websites above and search for the game, a hash code will be provided there which you can use to compare it with.
Ah..yes. Thank you for bearing with me. :X
