I got the emulator to add the controller but after that the controller stops doing anything. I press buttons it won't even blink.
How do you use Toshiba stacks? It won't install the drivers says I need to connect bluetooth. What now???

I plug the dongle in and then install normally
It seems Toshiba doesn't recognize your dongle .
So I have to buy a new one? If so any recommendations that work with Toshiba?
I don't know . If nothing work for you , i think you have no other choice ..
Make sure your wiimote is the original Nintendo product , not third party one

It won't recognize the bluetooth but thanks anyway now I need to find a cheap bluetooth device that works with it. The wiimote and the nunchuck are both nintendo branded.

BTW do I need to get a sensor bar or is that optional?
Some games need a sensorbar indeed. But not all games, so it's optional. (You could use two candles as sensorbar Tongue)

Depending on the game ...
Zelda SS , Mario Party , Mario Galaxy and many more games need Sensor Bar
Sensor Bar doesn't sensor anything , it's just IR-LED that use either battery power or USB power
Without sensor bar , you can't use pointer(cursor) and can't calibrate motion plus

Agree
Lol two candles that is funny. I thought you were joking at first but I looked it up. I just bought another bluetooth that comes with Toshiba stack if it doesn't I am going to rage lol.

It's probably kind of late for me to reply to this thread but since I found it while searching google for the same information I'll post that I was able to successfully connect the Wiimote MotionPlus using Kinivo BTD-400 Bluetooth Adapter. You have to follow the instructions here:

https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/wii-remote-plus-rvl-cnt-01-tr-connection-guide/

I was able to force the Toshiba drivers onto the bluetooth adapter to get it to work.
