Well, this CPU is a bit old (32nm microarchitecture -> Arrandale). But for NSMBWii and Super Smash Bros Brawl, this CPU is good enough. The games will be playable. Don't know about Zelda WW.
I mean the model of my PC is r580
and all i need is configs.. i'm still trying but i have lags.
Well, then try the settings for best speed (link in my sig)
Install "CPUZ" to see CPU model
After a little bit of googling his processor is either an i3-370m @ 2.4ghz or an i5-430m @2.26 ghz. Either way he'll be able to run smash bros, definitely able to run new super mario bros wii. But wind waker will have some slow parts.

And my laptops a core 2 duo @ 2.26 which will run slower than his and I can run new super mario bros and brawl.
