Any chance of uploading this fix to mediafire? The depostifiles link just asks me to subscribe (at a cost to me).

I would dearly love to try this fix as I can't play House of the Dead Overkill without the wiimote I have (bought on ebay) disconnecting after about 5 minutes of gameplay.

Thanks.

EDIT - nevermind, I managed to download it. Doesn't fix the problem I have using a 3rd party wiimote with HoTD Overkill, the controller still dicsonnects after 5 or 10 minutes. I have alternate wiimote timing ticked also.

So fed up with my 3rd party controller I'm buying a 2nd hand OEM Wii Remote.

Good choice Big Grin
I get these random disconnects from a wiimote that has the "Nintendo" logo on it. I am pretty sure that it is a 3rd party controller though. I am sick of the problem because I am dying to play Skyward Sword. The controller works great with glovepie, except that it doesn't recognise the nunchuck. But the nunchuck works with dolphin until it disconnects.

Should I get an OEM nintendo brand Wiimote with built in motion plus from amazon?
sadly it works not for Snakebyte Controllers in Donkey Kong Country Returns Undecided ....
So I have figured it out.
I was using a wiimote that had the Nintendo logo on it, but had these random disconnects.

I got a real original Nintendo brand wiimote today and I played twilight princess for 3 hours straight and the wiimote worked beautifully!

So, get an original Nintendo brand wiimote and you won't have any problems!
Newer revisions have broken all my wiimotes now.
