You don't need to choose it in that Devices list, just test if it works in-game.

Also, you should point the app to your computer's local IP on the USB tether interface, e.g. 10.0.1.2 or 192.168.1.2. Find out whatever it is in Control Panel > Internet Connections > whatever the tethering connection is > Status. That 94.*** IP is probably your phone's IP address on the carrier's network (and you should probably edit it out in case someone gets bored and tries to hack up your phone - or someone else's, since your phone is probably assigned a different IP periodically).
Lol, as if carriers were handing public IPv4 addresses for phones. And as if an IP address allowed anyone to "hack" a computer or a phone. Cute.
Oh, believe me, I'm not that dumb – I just don't fucking care to make perfect sense every time I visit these forums.

Anyone has legit download? All I found are versions with viruses in it...

At the time I posted it didn't.

Hello,
I have a problem. When I enter the IP adress in the app, Dolphin doesn't seen my phone as a WiiMote! Can anyone help me?

(Sorry for the bad english, I'm french!)
If you're using the latest Dolphin revisions, the UDP Wiimote option has been removed, effectively making this app useless. You'll have to use an older build with the UDP Wiimote option.

Uh, yours don't? They certainly do here and I wouldn't expect otherwise, if I'm paying for internet access I expect it to work in both directions...
They obviously just use NAT, otherwise the millions of phones out in the world would quickly exhaust the remaining IPv4 space.
