Did you follow the Zadig procedure correctly? I guess something went wrong there.
https://github.com/pbatard/libwdi/wiki/Zadig
Just download and unpack it:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/libwdi/files/zadig/
After that search for the Portal HID entry (named "Spyro Porta" or something) install the USBlib driver over it. When its ready, download the Dolphin Wii-USB branch version:
http://dolphin-emu.org/download/list/wii-usb/1/
After this it should not show up as a Hid device anymore.
Load the Skylanders ISO and enjoy! (it works for Skylanders Giants also!)
After this it should work "out-of-the-box" I still have some FPS problems, doesn't go over 35 FPS in-game but i'm checking the right thread for this right now.
my problem is in attacched file
This occurs, when? When you start Dolphin?
How does the portal show up in your device tree?

Yes it is, it occurrs when I start Dolphin, the portal is showed as Spyro Porta and device result installed correctly
So it is not a HID device anymore?
If not the USBlib driver installed correctly.... And your problem lies elsewhere.
It is hard to pinpoint where the trouble starts.
The wii-usb branch worked fine on my desktop, but crashes on my laptop.
Maybe the developer could help you out. I can only help you out as far as my own experience goes, sorry!

Ok thanks, what do yoy mean when you write "Maybe the developer could help you out"
I meant parlane, maybe he can help you out.
But for now: did you do a clean install of windows? do you have the recent drivers installed?
Any other funky devices installed which you could remove before testing again?
Do you have another PC or Laptop to test on?

I installed windows8 from windos7 and I can't install clean window installation, I have installed the driver 2 week ago, but originally the portal-power was installed in windows as spyro port without lib-sub and the problem was the same
Ahh, you took advantage of the M$ win8 upgrade offer then? So did i! (just didn't install it)
Your best bet is to clean install windows8, you should have followed this guide:
http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windows-8/a/clean-install-windows-8-upgrade.htm
Any chance to do this? If i'm right you got the serial so this would normally not pose a problem..
You probably broke something when upgrading.. (or was already broken).
