Are you 100% sure that you did exactly as the tutorial says? And are you 100% sure your friend did too?

Yes~ I even got two of my laptops and tested myself, but still ended up with a timed out session...Is there a Windows 8 tutorial?
Personally, I have not tried it. It should have nothing to do with the operating system. Most likely the two games you are using are not well supported. It is a new addition to Dolphin, and it isn't perfect yet. The only last thing that it could possibly be is that you are using a newer revision of Dolphin, not the 3.5 Official?

I'm using the Official 3.5. I would very much hope someone can help me solve this problem. I have two laptops with me, so testing between the two will be no heavy feat.
Alright. Try it out with the latest build. Then tell me your results.

Computer B results: Session timed out.
Were you using the latest revision of Dolphin, or 3.5 with OpenGL? Now that I think of it it might be a problem with Windows 8. They are both 64 bit, correct?
