As Soopah pointed out, I've already made it, link is in the first post.
Because of I have a PC port of BIT.TRIP BEAT, I've instantly felt the emulated game was inconvenient to control, then I tried to tweak stuff, but didn't had much luck.
One could ask - why do I need all that if I have a proper port? Well, because it's not the only game of BIT.TRIP series that requires precise mouse control, and only some them are ported to PC.

It's weird because cursor moves don't look slow to me . I haven't played this game so I can't say though. It might be specific to this game. Have you tried other games? Same issue?

You should definitely try it. Game is quite hardcore though, and without a proper precision you are only able to complete.. First five minutes, as for good. Check the gameplay .

Yeah but as I said it might be specific to BIT.TRIP games so I'd like you to try with another game

Will do. Anything similar to suggest? BIT.TRIPs are really all I'd play on dolphin.

Try other games. See how your cursor behaves.
If you get the same speed that means: either it's the normal cursor behavior, either your system is a bit too slow in general.
If you don't get the same speed that means: either it might be specific to BIT.TRIP games, either your system is a bit slow for these games.

Btw you still have the possibility to overclock your CPU. That will give you a good boost

I just got this thought, can you try it on dolphin?
This way we will know whether it's my pc is to slow, the game itself has problems with emulation or the controls just needs to be config'd.
Only to compare you will need a pc port .
