Hi - sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, couldn't find anything though.

I just downloaded Dolphin and am running Skies of Arcadia Legends on it.
Save it using Shift+F1, yellow text says the game has saved.
Close game, re-open and press F11, yellow text says there is no saved file.

Tried to manually open from the SavedStates folder, there's a .s01 file and a .sav neither of which Dolphin seems to be looking for.

Any ideas how I can save properly? Thanks Smile

Save in-game Tongue savestates are not reliable.
shift+F1 means that savestate is placed in the 1st slot.
So you need to press F1 instead F11 to load this or press shift+F11.

Oops Blush thanks very much!
Actually F11 is used to load the last saved state. But it works ONLY if you've just made this save (while you're playing). It doesn't work if you close the game or the emulator

Ever so slightly less embarrassing then Big Grin thanks!

It still works after closing the game. The information it needs is never cleared, so it'll work until you close the emulator entirely.
