D3D11 but my graphics card can handle it. It is a 1 gig gddr5.

There is no "stable" version with emulated Motion Plus. These are "prototype" builds.
I've never got this issue when I tried emulated Motion Plus builds. Are you sure this isn't a driver issue? Btw what build did you associate with your .exe?

The one in your profile is the emulated Motion Plus build. I meant the build in which you replaced .exe file
