Hi, I'm trying to run most games at 3xIR with 4AA.
I know that it is not possible with every game. I had to lower the AA with Super Mario Galaxy 2 and F-Zero GX to keep them at a constant 60fps. Although I was able to keep Metroid Prime 2 at a smooth 60fps when I overlocked my 3570k from 4.2 to 4.5. 4.5ghz is as far as I'm willing to go and I'm curious about other Wii and gamecube games that are difficult to run at full speed. Thank you.
The last story is demanding. Also, anything so badly broken it will only run in interpreter mode is not going to hit 100% on consumer hardware.
Which backend are you using? Have you checked to make sure that your GPU is not running at idle clocks?

Broken games aren't demanding. They're broken.

I'm using DX11 backend. It actually performs better than DX9 in most games. In Super Mario Galaxy 2(DX9) it would stay at 40fps with no AA. I have msi afterburner open and the clocks are fine.
Yeah that's way too low. Post your settings please.
There are couple of games I found which are not broken ( they dont need interpreter ) but for some reason they are very slow ( probably due to bug in emulation )
I think Brave is one of them, and there was some other one cant remember, it was some music game like guitar hero or something.
They do run 15-20 fps, but need 60 fps so I dont think they are playble on current hardware, even overclocked sandy/ivy bridge

EDIT: Found it, this is the other one

I dont think these two games still can be emulated at fullspeed with dolphin ( besides those that require interpreter ) Smile
Pokemon Battle Revolution seems to be another game where it's simply not possible to get fullspeed all the time in Dolphin. Even with HLE audio, it never consistently ran at or near 100% in battles for this particular user.

Actually Brave is slow but partly playable. Some parts are very slow (25-30% speed), the beginning for example is really discouraging Tongue , and some other parts are playable (60-70% speed). So not fully playable.

I'll add the first COD on GC (not COD2 that is unplayable due to Interpreter). Some parts are very slow (mainly cutscenes but not only) and some parts are fully playable (with sound issues since you can forget LLE Tongue [haven't tried with AX-HLE yet btw]).
Isn't it also supposed to be impossible to get 100% speed all the time on the menu of MarioKart? I definitely get massive drops at certain points.
