No no trust me, they are slowdows with fps counter that goes below 100 % according to the slowdowns on the screens, the frame rate is perfect at 60 until kirby trasform in a tank, and start to shoot, fps goes below to 50, 45 and 38 frames, much more i shout at enemies and much more slowdows appear. Here an example about what i mean

Hmm... In that case, since you're bottlenecked by your CPU (your GPU isn't the problem here as you pointed out) the only other options (aside from just ignoring it altogether) would be to OC your CPU even further, or make the upgrade to a Sandy or Ivy Bridge CPU. An i5-3750K at 3.7 GHz would most likely not have any trouble running that part of the game; you wouldn't even need to overclock to reach that speed either.
God an i7 860 oc at 3.7 ghz can't run this game at full speed ? O_O

Anyway i will wait for haswell, and i hope that intel will make finally "real" phisycal 8 core, i can't upgrade my quad core i7 for another i7 or i5 quad core that are a little better. If i should upgrade, it must be a very good upgrade. So i will wait....

The strange thing is that with older revision a much weaker cpu like intel core 2 quad can run the game with "perfect" status...take a look at the dolphin wiki page about this game..

Old revisions = fast but not accurate, unsupported and can cause problems
Well, saying "Perfect" doesn't really describe a whole lot about how the game really plays. A lot of people test a few levels, see it runs fine and then immediately contribute to the wiki. I myself prefer to spend a lot of time on games before I contribute to the wiki, to make sure I've experienced the game thoroughly. You'll notice too that my wiki entries are a bit longer :p
yeah i understand what you mean, anyway is true, i tried right now an old revision,
r7613 and slowdows in the point are less pronunced, let's see if i can find a revision that can run this game at full speed ^_^
