I haven't played this game in some time.  It used to run flawlessly.  I tried it out today using build 5.0.7257 and the game runs really slowly.  I'm getting around 75% speed now.

I have a pretty beefy PC (see my signature) so I'm not sure what's causing the issue.

Anyone have any ideas?
