Yes, Gigabyte is better mark Zotac is very bad mark. My 8500 Dead in Middle Year.

4.5GHz max . You'll need aftermarket thermal compound (Arctic MX-4 or Noctua NT-H1 or Xigmatek Freezing Point - G4718)

I own both Gigabyte and Asus mobo ...
Asus is just a brand , they have good mobo and bad mobo as well . You should look at model number , details , customer reviews

GPU: NVIDIA GTX 650 TI
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77-D3H
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
HDD: Seagate Barrucada 1 TB 32 MB Cache
Ram: PNY 4 GB (1x4) 1333 Mhz (Already Buyed)

Only do I have a dude, The Cooler Master 450 W EXTREME PLUS is good for the configuration or update to 500 W?

That CM Extreme has 70% effciency . You should buy a PSU that have at least 80% effiency (80 plus) -> Pay less on electricity bills
More headroom (wattage) if you want to SLI or upgrade later . PSU degrade over time , 450W 70% is definitely not good for long run

I recommend Antec 550W 80plus

Yep, 550W are recommended, especially, when you plan to over clock your CPU

All three are good brands. I prefer EVGA personally.

Pls stay away from AMD-FX CPUs, they're not recommended for Dolphin. The Phenom II X4 is better

But the best Dolphin experience can be achieved with an Core i5-3570k (or the older i5-2500k)

I wouldn't buy 650ti, unless I didnt have any more money.
If you can afford it, 660 ti or even just 660 is much better card.
