I have a question whisch processor is better: i5 3570k or i7 3770k?
Difference: i7 has 100Mhz higher clock, and Hyperthreading.
If you don't use Hyperthreading, buy the i5 3570k.
is this for dolphin a big difference?i playing in 1080p
Unless you do a lot of video transcoding, then you'll be fine with the i5. Remember to get a decent CPU cooler and a z77 motherboard so you can overclock it (which is necessary to run all playable games at fullspeed). Also, what GPU are you planning on getting?

As mentioned earlier, you won't see any benefit from the i7 over the i5.
Also, AMD HD7xxx series GPUs have some problems with the D3D11 backend, so you may want to get an HD6xxx series card instead.

Not really. Just make sure, your CPU is good enough.
