When I am trying to run Sonic Mega Collection, a backpatch error pops up: "Warning: BackPatch : Currently only supporting reads. Attempted to write to 1080108c.", then "Warning: Backpatch write - not through EAX."
I've tried multiple revisions, redumping the game, different backends, different graphical settings, different audio backends, different inputs etc. Nothing has helped.
My signature includes all specs.

When do you get these "Backpatch errors"? In the beginning of the game?

When do you get these Backpatch errors? In the beginning of the game?
It doesn't even start before the error appears.
You can see the yellow text for 2 seconds, then the error appears.

Then try to redump your game again.
If it still doesn't work try this: use an old build (r7590 for example). The game should work fine with this build. If it does not that means you definitely got an issue with your dump

I tried that perticular build and still the same issue. It's wierd because I've already redumped my game twice and still the same issue.

Yeah it's weird because the game should work just fine. An issue with your disc maybe
