Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hi I had dolphin running like a dream on my pc then I had problems with my windows so decided to bite the bullet and get windows 8.
So here I am everything installed all drivers updated but dolphin is now unusable, all I get is flickering screen stuttering sound and running slow. I've tried mixing up all the settings but nothing changes.

I've got a ATI Radeon HD 5450 card cheap but as I said before 8 it ran dolphin fine.

I know it's a vain hope but I was hoping for some tweak I don't know about that may stop this problem.

Try to update latest driver

I updated the drivers as soon as I installed windows 8. Just checked again and their utilities program says I've the latest drivers fitted.
Thank you for the suggestion though.

Just because your drivers are up to date doesn't mean it's not a driver issue.

Please list your settings next time so we can rule them out.
