What Rev. should i use with my system?
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+
2GB RAM
Nvidia GF 9600 GSO

And how should i config the Rev.?

im running close to what u have. i always use the latest revs with the opengl plugin, dual core enabled, and other audio turned off in the dsp hle plugin. u should have games running decent with that config. theres nothing else u can do for performance short of upgrading your system, which i plan to do myself very soon.
