I have set everything (with the exception of graphic fix ) to its default settings.
Is this what is asked for ? (Added an attachment) (By configs...I am not talking about the Dolphin engine settings....those are running great now ...I am talking about the button configuration for the above mentioned ps2 -for-pc controller settings for this particular title. Thank guys for any help on this.

Starts without issue for me on 5.0-14746 /w default settings.

with this build, it also works for me. so something went wrong

The pal region returns an error. The usa region works perfectly
