Can you do it? I did it with my GC saves but I can't find my Wii saves for Skyward Sword or anything else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My old version of Dolphin is 3.0-235 and I want to transfer the files to 3.0-831.

Copy your "Wii" folder to the new build.
