Issues still outstanding in 5.0-11109.

1. Banding
2. Desync audio in the opening cutscene

Also want to note that Force Texture Filtering improves textures of vents. Otherwise they're super jagged. Doesn't seem to cause any problems.

I'll add these once I get wiki editing privileges.
