dolphin crashes on mission 8 when opening the door to the last room.

I'm using latest version of the emulator

Can u upload a memory card save close to it?

Please define "latest version of the emulator". We've had way too many people saying the wrong thing as "latest" for that to fly in new posters.

where can I find the memory card?

I'm also using dolphin 4.0.2 on windows 7 x64...I filled this information in when I joined...I thought it would be publicly viewed by everyone?

Your memory card is in C:\Users\[Your Username]\My Documents. But I'd suggest just using the memory card manager. In the dolphin main window, select Tools > MemCard Manager (GC). Select your memory card through Browse, then click on the game and select "Export GCI", and upload and link or attach that here. Make sure you give us instructions on what to do with that GCI, like which saveslot to load and where to go after loading to reproduce.

Also, have you tried the latest development version? There's been nearly 2000 changes since 4.0.2. It could already be fixed.

just load the game like normal,go through 4 rooms and then the game will crash when you try to open the door to the final room.

it's just 5 minutes of playtime at most

If you haven't tried the latest development version, with known fixes to the power PC emulation that can prevent crashes, then i don't know how useful this report is yet.

Hopefully it'll just be fixed, but if it isn't, a report will hopefully bring it a look over.

I used the latest dev version and it is fine, you probably have a bad dump, 4af4013136bb2db2053b26e811c8f9c1 should be your MD5 checksum for this game for an uncompressed (U) iso. Go to game properties => info => compute to find your MD5 checksum using the latest dev.

Just to confirm: No issue with recent builds
