No idea if it helps because my own PC is too slow for 100% speed, let alone something faster.

So instead you'd have to run the CPU & GPU at Wii speeds (similar to Devolution on the Wii) and the DSP at GCN speeds?

EDIT: And yes, the Wii is indeed exactly 150% faster clockrate-wise (729MHz vs 486MHz for the CPU and 243MHz vs 162MHz for the GPU).

I don't believe the DSP's clocked any faster in the Wii anyway, though it does have faster RAM.
