Right-click on the game, select Properties, go to the Info tab and press Compute next to MD5 Checksum. (This option is available in recent development versions but not in 4.0.) Post the result here afterwards.

That doesn't match any hash that I can find online, so there could be something wrong with your disc image. Try re-dumping the game.

I'm going to assume that you didn't download the game illegally. (If you did, we won't help you.) Before you could play the game in Dolphin, you dumped/ripped the game disc using homebrew on a Wii or maybe using a PC DVD drive and RawDump/FriiDump. Do that again.
