Well, others have already told you what you need to do in order to try the VBeam Trick, but you might as well see it in action. First run is without the VBeam Trick on HLE audio, second run uses LLE + LLE on Thread + VBeam Trick.

In the second part of the video, you still seem to get LLE stuttering.
I think there can only be two reasons:

1) Even i5 2500k at stock speed is not able to emulate gc cpu at 60 VPS in metroid prime ( I havent tested this game much )
In that case overclocking cpu a little should get rid of remaining stuttering.

2) Maybe you need to disable idle skipping too ?
You do realize that using recording software takes a fair bit processing power, right? Look at the video, there are small lapses where the audio pauses for a half second, but they aren't exactly stuttering, i.e. the audio gaps are no where near as frequent or consistent as in the first segment. Momentary pausing better describes the second portion.

The video clearly shows VPS drops at some points. However, when I'm not using any recording software, it never drops, and there are no pauses. That's what made me want to document it in the first place, the audio was perfect. The video could only show how the VBeam trick greatly reduced stuttering, since I couldn't really lower the quality further and still have something decent to post online.

Forgot about that ( that recording slows it down ). Great that it never drops when not recording, I would be screwed then with i5 2400, I am thinking of also playing this game Smile
