I was able to run HotD 2 by using Wiiscrubber like mentioned in the Wiki. The crosshair doesnt shop up (sometimes only blinks up for a short Moment). I have changed the "copy to Texture/Ram"-Options and tried this in both videobackends. I have the same Problem sometimes in Skyward Sword with the slingshot aiming Cursor. I think, there was a solution for this, but cant remember it anymore. Has someone an idea? Thank you.

Oh, i am sorry, the crosshair-cursor-"Problem" isnt a real issue. It´s only a matter of finding a good position for callibrating it. In the options-screen you can callibrate the cursor. It happens very easy, that you get outside the (4:3-)Screen; the position of your sensor-bar is also important. It seems a Little bit more difficult than in other games, to find a good-functioning sensorbar/Wiimote/Emulation-setting.

I can't seem to get HOTD2 if I select it the screen goes black then loads the menu screen for #2 but will not allow any menu changes or buttons to be pressed.
I was also suffering frequent wiimote disconnects in HOTD3, I use a dolphinbar so was kind of surprised as never happened before. I had to switch modes on the dolphinbar a few times for the game to re-recognise the wiimote there.

When HOTD2 boots up, a new .dol file gets loaded; that makes the wiimote disconnect. Just press Alt+F5 to reconnect. Should be fine then.

Yup works great, is that something 'to be fixed' or should be added to the wiki (currently there's no mention of it)?

It's a known issue but I don't know if a fix is in the making. Yeah, should be added to the wiki.

It's how the Wii actually does it. The problem is that we don't/can't turn the Wiimote off I guess?
