First, you need to install the Wii Menu, either by dumping the NAND of a real console (
https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=NAND_Usage_Guide), or by performing a disc update (right-click on game > Perform System Update) or online update (Tools > Perform Online System Update) inside Dolphin. Then, you can launch it using Tools > Load Wii System Menu.

It's in Wii/shared2/sys/.

Ok, game boots now . Weird error .
Issue is game flickers non stop. Tried OpenGL, Direct3D, and software renderer. All behave the same, game flickers since the first screen

Yes ! Exactly, that fixes it perfectly ! (tried real, not virtual)
Is this something that should be mentioned in the wiki ? what is exactly this option ? I remember having to turn it off and on for lots of GameCube games also

It probably should. If you want to know what it does you'll have to ask someone else
