Is anyone else getting random little hitches (stutters) in-game? I'm pretty sure it wasn't always like this. They're really just short hitches, but quite often and annoying in such fluid gameplay.
First I thought it might have had something to do with shaders, but it happens even with Asynchronous Shader Compilation. Also no matter if OpenGL or Vulkan.
I'm guessing it's rather a core issue then...
I'm pretty sure this wasn't always happening, but it's been a while since I've played this game.
Heh, one year later and I've found a solution.
Actually, it seems this is even happening on console, little loading stutters pretty much every time, you go to the next room or something. Very annoying.
The solution is disc speed. So put this in the game's user ini and the stutters are gone:
[Core]
FastDiscSpeed = True

I guess years ago Dolphin's disc speed wasn't accurate and thus this didn't happen back then.

Thank you for sharing. Really appreciate.
Guys I'm having serious issues with this game. Super slow FMV - 7fps, stuttering.

All other games I have tried have been fine thus far. PC is more than capable. Happens in both Direct 3D and Vulkan. Tried enable/disable dual core. same result. Also tried iso/nkit = same. Any advice please?
Maybe "Speed Up Disk Transfer Rate" or some other graphics settings?
