Of course you can
You'll need the proper drivers though, DS3 tool/motionjoy gets the job done.
I'm having the same issue even using a ps3 controller, the pointer doesn't go where I want it to.

It's a common issue to emulated Motion+ builds. You'll have to deal with that. Having a look to this thread might help you http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-emulated-motion-plus-unofficial?highlight=emulated+motion+plus
You have to experiment with the controls ALOT, its not newb friendly, it takes ALOT of getting used to.
Well your in luck since i also use a ps3 controller and have played this game with no problems Big Grin

So what i use is motionjoy to connect my ps3 controller to pc then I check x-box 360 controller then enable after that, you have to download this sweet config
http://www.mediafire.com/?4zr3tdl8xc43qhy then put it in your profiles with your other controller config (hoping you know where it is) and your set Wink
And make sure you disable Alternate wii mote timing in properties it messes up the controller

It's not working... Alternate wiimote timing in properties only works for "non emulated wii motion plus" and I am using an emulated one, I'm using Ps3 controller, I don't know how to fix it, When I enter in the game, the pointer goes crazy, If I move the joystick up, it goes down, if I move it down, it goes up, and a lot of things more, it's going crazy, your help didn't help me. xd
