Well guys, i've been trying to run the game smoothly since Friday, I haven't been able to do it so I decided to post my problem here.
I can open the game, but when i get to the first screen after pressing "A" in the tittle screen, where it says: Start a new adventure. My pointer goes crazy and doesn't follow my mouse movements, if I go up, he goes down, if I go left, he goes left but really slowly, I don't know what to do but I can't play under these conditions, I would like someone to explain me what to do, I'm using the motionplus dolphin, version 3.0-243.
My problem is related to the pointer, not with anything else, I don't know what to do I can't controll that pointer propperly.

Also I would like how to run the game with a PS3 controller, I have PS3 motioninJoy, but I can't manage to play the game with the Ps3 controller, I'm kinda lost...

Thanks in advance
Can u post your controller settings pls?

Well, I thought, you use Axis instead of Cursor Tongue Anyway, I guess, this is a problem of the unsupported and unofficial wiimotion+ Dolphin build.
So what should I do?

I've heard of people who have been able to play the game, how can I do so? Could you help me?

Ty in advance
The motion+ builds are not supported anymore, get a real wiimote+ to play this game or find the motion+ thread in the controller section and try finding a solution there.
But will I be able to play other games which don't need wiimotion? I hope this problem is only happening with Zelda, am I right?
Yes, Zelda: Skyward Sword uses the wiimotion+ as a controller while most games use a normal wiimote, so far the game doesnt use a wiimotion+ like SS it should work fine.

Like Zee530 said, I don't see why not as long as WiiMotion+ isn't required. Most Wii games can easily be played with a controller, provided you set it up right. A few games are very difficult to do properly with an ordinary joystick (parts of Trauma Center: Under the Knife come to mind). For those games, you might want to consider using a real Wiimote via bluetooth and a sensor bar. Test the games out and come here for help before you decide it's impossible to play with a regular joystick though.
I would like to play with a Ps3 controller, can I do it?
